Alt Hotel - Toronto Pearson

I stayed there for a week (work trip) and it meet my expectations of a HGI. The desk was a nice size, the room was clean and updated, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Shoutout to Mik! He’s very professional and helpful.

My son, while visiting Toronto as a school thing, forgot his cell phone in a room. It was promptly picked up by the staff, packaged and they arranged it to be shipped to us. 48 hours later we have it.
