A very rude PetSmart salon manager at this store at Emerald Plaza in Ottawa reduced my daughter to tears with his rude behaviour and unprofessional attitude when she went to pick up our dog.We have been taking our dog to PetSmart for 9 years. No more PetSmart for us.
