Ian Warren is competent and responsive and avoids the typical fence sitting by most lawyers more worried about themselves than in providing clients with valid and useful information.
Getting any kind of timely response in time of personal need is impossible with this firm. I suggest you look elsewhere for your legal needs.Talking to a human also does not seem to be an option.
