phở= meh, service= crap. I ordered the spicy beef phở with tom yum broth… lets get this clear, I LOVE spicy food and I can handle a lot of heat. But this phở was like satan’s diarrhea. I physically could not eat it. Each noodle I pulled out had like 100 chills on it and the broth was red and burnt off my nose…
