I recently used Waterloo Taxi and it was just a nightmare. It seemed illegitimately priced and when we called to make a reservation, they said they were not able to do so on Saturday nights… it was a 9PM reservation so hardly peak hours. When we called back to order a cab for our 9PM time, it didn’t arrive…
