25 minutes to get a bagel. You have to be kidding. Three people working and it’s not busy. Thankfully the manager stepped in and fixed things.Pretty disgusting washrooms. The log on the wall says it was cleaned 4 days ago.

Been going here for over a year now at least once a week. Last few times the owner has been progressively getting worse in his customer service. Arguing and adding bogus extra $$ amounts. Lost 2 loyal customers hope you change your attitude or you will lose many more.
