Tried this place for the first time with my boyfriend. We ordered the phở beef noodles. First of all the broth was over salted and didn’t taste authentic. Secondly there was no basil for phở?Phở itself lacked beef and flavors too much msg. Next time I visit Windsor we will not return here.
