Terrible customer service! We bought a gazebo from them last summer. It was damaged over the winter. Half of the roof panels blew away. The product is not really suitable to Quebec winters and this point should be expressed. Sojag gazebos are made in Montréal and are not sturdy enough for the climate. Beware…
