We did this on our last day in Santiago. It was great to ride up the cable car (small fee) and see the whole city from the top of the hill. The only negative was that there’s a lot of smog, so your photos of the city won’t turn out super great. Even the mountains were a bit obscured.Lots of small shops and dogs…
