I have been to Okayama a few times mainly because I had nothing to eat at home or too lazy to cook etc. I only buy a simple menu to take home, never dine in. They take from 10 – 15 minutes to serve up a simple meal. The staff are fine but I wonder if their «sushi chef» has actually had any training at all…
