Cool décor and friendly service, but very disappointed in the actual bagels. Didn’t seem like they were made fresh on the spot (maybe I’m too used to NY). Ordered a sesame bagel plain and it crumbled into a thousand pieces (ie not soft and chewy). Good cream cheese though.

Staff was friendly, but they admitted that the bagels were not made fresh (and so they had to be toasted). Once toasted, it was pretty decent.
