Based on croissant alone, 5 stars. Crispy, flaky, buttery goodness. The croissant aux amandes was very good as well but I don’t know how to compare to others. It was pretty flat. Like smushed flat. It didn’t matter since the flavour was just fine. I’m going back when they open. Closed on Sunday.
