I have heard Tati compared to an H&M — in reality, it is more equivalent to an American K-mart. The clothes still smell of plastic/manufacturing/Chinese labor and do a number on one’s conscience, if you believe in ethical shopping. The second story has a nice collection of cooking doodads, but again……
