Completly overcrowded, outpriced and unfriendly personnel! Because of the enormous amount of visitors they are sick of the guests and treat you like that. Especially the massage staff is very rude and ignore all complaints. In a nutshell: too expensive, too less service, too crowded as compared with the offer!
