Flying in either a full-size /original A320 cockpit (what I did) or in a Boeing 737 one, it is awesome. This flying experience will satisfy the hobbyist and the professional as well. And the staff are professional pilots of e.g. the A320 /737.
The ambience is superb for a romantic dinner. The food is great too, especially for the winter months as it can be quite heavy. The service can be a bit slow though hence taking off one star
