One of Aachens highlights. Totally refurbished, stylish bar in a stylish hotel (Quellenhof) with outstanding cocktails and light snacks. The Asian snack platter is highly recommended. Once run by the World Champion in cocktail mixing, I heard, you can feel the high standard this bar is still aiming for.

We were there on Fri. 26th evening. It was crowded.The food looks nice. The starters (Edame beans and pickled radish) were great!However, the sushi was disappointing. The rice doesn’t have a taste or smell of vinegar. Avocado in makis are very wet.We were there earlier this year and were happy about the food…
