Yes, the 5 stars are deserved: here you can drink and buy the best coffee in Bochum (and maybe in the Ruhr area?). I usually only take the roasted coffee and/or coffee to go, since the place is small and often crowded. In the summer there is seating outside. Not really suitable for working.

Great food, great ambiance, great service. Reasonably priced for the quality. English menu was provided. Nothing bad to say at all. All courses were delicious. Veal escalopone was excellent

Very close to the central station, this place has a nice atmosphere and plenty of seating (but it tends to be rather crowded on weekends, then it becomes difficult to find a place). The coffee is really excellent; the sweets are okay (the quality tend to change from day to day; sometimes they are too dry…
