This review might be biased because it’s based on my one experience here on a foggy/rainy afternoon. It’s cool that there’s a spacious rooftop garden at the IFC mall with restaurants but there’s not much of a view since there are adjacent buildings under construction and/or blocking the view of the harbour.
It’s very westernized and after all the hype, I was expecting something better and crazier. I didn’t think there was a lot of people watching opportunities and am sad to have wasted my time my last night in HK.Just take your picture under the street sign and leave.
