Lovely staff and atmosphere, but the food is overpriced for what you get and the coffee I had just tasted like warm milk… a bit disappointing but maybe just unlucky on my part!The lunch menu (after midday) looks a bit better value than the breakfast menu I had.

It’s a nice spot in my eyes to meet up for a coffee, sandwich, muffin… I’ve been a few times now and it’s friendly atmosphere, good coffee and nice food (never tried their sandwiches).Just not something extraordinary — but that is not always necessary anyhow.

Kinda hidden away from the bulk of the coffee shops in Sandyford on Fuze Road you’ll find Insomnia.I’m not going to go on about the coffee as it’s just not great at all.They do have a nice selection of sandwiches and toasties to pick from.
