Best dinner we have had in Ireland. I had pork bellies that were incredibly tasty, coupled with roasted vegetables and au gratin potatoes. There were four of us and we all agreed it was the absolute best. Service was terrific and nice ambiance.

The pesto served with the bread-pesto-humus starter was so tasty. Suspect the accompanying miniature bread loaves may have been nuked before serving.
