CF makes a number of Italian specialty cheeses. They make the familiar Granna Padano, butter and two specialties of Selezione Fiandino and my favorite the Toma Malga. The latter is a fairly young cheese, light rind, and soft velvety texture. Nutty taste, good melting and excellent paired with crisp crackers.
