Perfect park to get away from the noise of the Capitol and still be in Rome!I love going for walks, picnics and book reading. I like practicing gatka here too. Running here is lovely, there is like a track you can follow and many trails. I don’t suggest it after a rainy day because it tends to get very muddy…

3 stars for me only because I wasn’t too impressed with the outside of Villa Borghese. We never went inside the gallery or anything, so I’m basing my 3 star opinion on what I saw at the outside of Villa Borghese. It wasn’t that great. A few areas were pretty, but most of it was «meh».

Passed by this park and it was gorgeous. We were staying at the Villa Hotel Pamphili and you get a scenic drive through this park on your right hand side. Unfortunately I did not get to go inside but it looks gorgeous for a picnic and a stroll.
