The best service I have every experienced at any hospitality establishment. The restaurant team coordinates with the pool staff who communicates with the front desk and personal assistant. Absolutely top notch in every regard. The only time we were disappointed was when we left the resort.

Capella Ixtapa

Had a family reunion in the newer section of the hotel, the Grand Azul Ixtapa. There were 20 of us; some traveled from the US and some from different parts of Mexico. The hotel is beautiful and new.
