Tepoznieves is awesome, don’t get me wrong. But for its location in a country that brought horchata to the states, I wonder why their flavor-artist-designer person can’t envision a rice-based ice cream. Other than that, I have no complaints about Tepoznieves. They do have a lot of vegan sorbet-type things…
