Café Colibri is one of a dozen or so cafes situated along the west side of Cholula’s zocalo. The service is friendly and attentive. The small menu focuses on coffee drinks and sandwiches. I enjoyed the Comparino en Chapata which had a mushroom and tomato filling. My cappuccino was well-made.
