Poor telephone service and a clear lack of empathy or desire to help solve an urgent problem with a broken Mac.Even after contact from Apple in the USA the Apple staff had to phone me back and report that Ubertec had refused to offer any assistance.I don’t feel this company has lived up to their listed…
