I don’t know where to begin. This could be a ok beach to hang out on if it were maintained and if the city put some money into it. BUT the sand is dirty (cigarette butts and bottle caps everywhere) and of course I wouldn’t dream of going in the water (although I think some people do.). The view is ok, although…
