As a Hungarian national I have to say it is a very authentic Hungarian restaurant. Food, menu, ambiance, music etc. all very good quality! Also they have a very large selection of Hungarian wines, although done if them are a bit pricy, but quality costs money! :)

A very charming man runs this wine bar, some nice home-made dishes and a very carefully selected list of wines. Very good choice: the deserts, such as the lime pie. Sweeeet and tasty. Combined with a small gallery, just a nice place to be. And nice music in the background.

Kotlownia is an Italian restaurant that is a bit out of the way for centrum dwellers (Żoliborz), and is a bit expensive as well. I think the price for my dish was around 30 pln. Ultimately, I really did like the food here and the portions were huge. The dish I had was pasta with duck, which sounds strange but…
