Very westernized. The ramen is not cooked with soul. I’ve tried a lot amazing ramen places. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’ve had authentic ramen. The soup is not thick. The texture of the meat is very fast food cooked. And the dumplings are entirely fried which is very westernized.
