Extraordinary Hamburguesa Iberica with Gouda cheese, caramelised onion in a choice bun. Served with chips on the side with a mayo mixed with Pedro Ximenez — the mayo failed to excite though but then there’s the burger. Best ever AND from a roadside restaurant. Wow wow wow.
