This restaurant’s reputation speaks for itself. The pasta is entirely home made and delicious. Probably, the best Italian restaurant in town. I had the pasta with salmon, Safran and grappa.The decoration is simple and the plastified menus should be replaced with something nicer.

Bella Vita - Plaza

De bonnes pizzas sur place et à l’emporter, bien garnies avec une pâte fine et croustillante et une cuisson irréprochable. De bonnes surprises dans les garnitures (par exemple chorizo-gorgonzola), en plus des variantes plus traditionnelles. A 10 francs la pizza, c’est un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

The food was very delicious and freshly prepared. The staff was overwhelmed by the huge party that came shortly after we were seated so the service was initially great and then dropped off. I would definitely recommend and will go back when in the area. The food more than made up for the drop in service.

I had a salade with goat cheese. Unfortunetaly, the cheese wasn’t fresh. It wasn’t fresh at all. I got food poisoning and threw up this expensive salad an hour later. The waitress was also unfriendly. Do not go there, there is better places to have fondue in Freiburg.
