The Horns of Boningale

Trysull is a nice village and this is a great place to visit if here. One of those pubs that people from wolverhampton drive out to for a change of scenery. Food served and real ale too. Worth a visit.

Plough Inn

A rather quaint and old fashioned place that can be a relief from the madding crowd. Bank’s ale served at reasonable prices. small bar to the front and larger lounge to rear. I like this place and have used it for many years on and off.

The Wheatsheaf Inn

OK sort of place with a chain pub menu and some real ale. Locals could be friendlier. Limited outside seating and the car park is quite small really.

Why Not Inn

I found this restaurant to be very uninviting from the moment I steppedin the door. Although the setting is very nice and the actual building isvery rustic and lovely, I felt that the atmosphere was very tense andwas not welcoming at all. The staff were not very competent and kepttaking the wrong drinks orders…
