On the whole a good store for bargains and items on slae reductions. Very handy shop for plants and other essentials too but the younger staff need serious training in Customer Relations and etiquette. Nothing’s changed then since 2010. Don’t go there if you only have an hour’s lunch break! The slowest staff ever man the tills and expect to spend at least 12 minutes on the queue for cold food i.e. sandwiches and cakes. Staff talking over your tray of food or even worse while they make your latte! Horrendous…

I recently visited house of fraser in high wycombe and was shopping in the oasis department and found the manager incredibly Rude & un– helpfull!This has completely put me off this department store and will NOT be visiting again due to her terrible customer service.
