Lovely old English pub in Dartington village. The gardens and flowers are beautiful. I have eaten there several times; from roasts on a Sunday to thea’ la carte menu and was really impressed with the food and presentation. I would strongly recommend a visit.

This place has lost its appeal, it seems to be slightly confused as to what it is. The fact that live music isn’t played there anymore is a big loss. The food is good, when it finally arrives but the attitude of the staff is appalling.
