Unfortunately I just had some really bad service. I wanted to book my wife’s bike in for two jobs (rear cassette, front brake bleed) but the assistant insisted that it had to go under Basic Service. The cost was £100.When I pointed out that exactly the same jobs on my bike cost £70 pounds only two weeks earlier…
