Very much focused on the «young guns», but still does the senior classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 20:30 and 21:30. Currently at £3.75 a class, so excellent value.Possibly not as heavy going as other places you could go, but extremely friendly. Great place for people to get into the sport
