Walmart owns Asda, so it’s pretty much the same. As an American student, it was the place to get certain grocery items. Otherwise, it was more economical for me to go to High Street instead.
This is a good Aldi store with parking both outside, and with an underground car park with lifts straight into the shopping area. The staff are really nice and the shelves are always well stocked. They have regular food lines and lots of sections of unusual short term items from clothing to building materials…
Medium sized Sainsburys just on the outskirts of Canterbury. Has a Starbucks attached. Parking can be busy. Handy if you are using the coach park, or parking near the river before walking into Canterbury. Clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Car park can get a bit water logged in heavy rain.
