Very small pub which is also a microbrewery. Not intimate as all seat at split log tables on benches. Great selection of weird art and oddities. Beer served from cask in rear room. Bit on the pricey side but very good quality. really liked the place.

What a great name for a pub. A night out exploring Whitstable brought me here .Its very much a locals pub at the end of the High Street. its a single roomed open plan pub with a comfortable atmosphere. A few good real ales on and has been Kent pub of the year. Service was friendly.

I guess Peter Cushing was born in the town but he would find it hard to find anything horrific in this town. Mind you it was very quiet until you got into this pub, guess what it was quiz night.
