Visited the café at Sainsbury’s today — mostly good service, except one member of incompetent staff — who took 5mins to process our tray of goodies and then a further 20mins to toast a tea cake! Made up for by another member of staff who apologised and offered a complimentary drink to compensate.Range in store…
