Clean, pleasant, comfortable hotel rooms at a low-moderate price. Friendly, helpful staff. Good inclusive breakfast. Close to bus Ito the Royal Mile. And I can’t forget to mention their endless supply of home baked shortbread in the lobby. Perfect with hot tea in our room after a chilly day of sightseeing.

What a big disappointment… hotel recommended and confirmed reservation for booth seat. We showed up and they had no reservation and no booths. Even argued with us as to whether we had a reservation and said the don’t reserve tables. Life is too short to deal with bad customer service. We took our business…
