A traditional Scottish Inn offering a good choice of food and local real ales. The beer garden is next to the road and under the flightpath for Glasgow airport and loses the sun by 3pm but these are minor quibbles.

Howwood Inn

A pleasant enough local pub with a good choice of guest ales and friendly staff. Could do with a lick of paint and would be much improved if the regulars at the bar stopped turning and staring every time anyone enters the premises.
