I have to say this is an refreshing change to the Big Four ! Went in and was greeted royally by an enthusiastic young lady. No one likes switching banks, tried that only once when I was paid to survey the service. It was quite frankly an embarrassment I‘d rather forget! Anyway I‘ll watch for the reviews on this…
Since this has been completely refurbished, it is more spacious and always someone to help at the top desk, a separate confidential room, an online banking feature, a closed enquiry section, and seats for waiting for others and staff.
There are not many independent building societies, certainly that is still owned by their members, but this is one if I was not already tied to one would have chosen this one.
Often when I notify Business of the fact they are linked toEpsom, they either do not bother to reply, do not care, or simply do not understand about digital marketing or how it works on the Internet.
