Don’t agree with sindygirl about the cakes — wonder if she’s ever been to the Ritz — I’ve always found the selection very limited and nothing to rave about. However the coffees are spectacular — they simply leave the likes of Starbucks and Costa in the dust.

The Bridge Hotel

lovely hotel, right on the pond .it has a small health club ;a couple of squash courts hot tub, small pool etc .nice place !

Bought and refurbished not long ago this is a lovely looking old building in the centre of Farnham. nice rooms but a problem with a lack of parking. Did have good food on but then stopped dinners for a while — probably an impact of the credit crunch.Very friendly people and were very helpful to local charities.

Best Western Bishop’s Table Hotel & Restaurant

A good enough pub but nowhere near four or five stars. Unless perhaps if a baby change facility is what you look for in a pub!!!Never understood why anyone would want or even be allowed to change a baby in a pub. I kept all of mine and they turned out fine in the end!
