Nice pub! Great size with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the high street, wasn’t too expensive for the food, proper pub food! (If that’s what you like) good for a quiet meal out during the week!

The Sun Inn

Excellent food and drinks and a great little space. The service could be improved with a bit more oversight of the relatively young staff. We sat with empty drinks glasses for too long and our cheque took an age to arrive. However I would definitely go back and recommend the stag to friends and family.

Single roomed pub located down a back street on the way to the station. Has a seating area out back. Lots of wood and old tables, actually a really nice back street boozer. Eight real ales on sale at time, nothing special though just national breweries but still worth a visit.

Pleasant little pub at the top of town, one roomed. Clean and bright, fairly welcoming. Slall selection if real ales from national breweries. The place is just a good place to have a quiet beer.
