Really slow service tonight. Got my own menu after 20 mins. Over an hour to get the starter. Not really bothered about customer service here. Starter was overcooked. Still waiting for main.

This Chain has really gone downhill. It used to be really lovely food but it’s now very average and over-priced. Expect to pay £7-£8 for a small salad. Also only tip the service in cash or Carluccio keeps it.
