I ended up here for Lunch after roadworks on the M5 caused a long tailback. Despite the fact that it’s on a business park, with a Première Inn next door, I have to say the food was amazing best Club Sandwich I ever had! It’s not somewhere I’d go just to end up there, but if you’re on the M5 and need somewhere…
Excellent meal, even so few mistakes happened, such as missing fries with the burger or chicken with the salad. I will blame the fact that it was a Saturday night. However the staff was really friendly especially because my friend is allergic of eggs. So the staff gave us an allergen menu (which is not common…
Nice enough place but staff could do with one or two lessons in politeness. I ordered a drink and sat at a table. Ate a few nuts out of my bag and one of the staff must have been watching me like a hawk ! She was most put out and reprimanded me like a naughty schoolgirl !
Food was ok for what we had, a tad on the expensive side, although burger wasn’t done enough for my taste and we weren’t made aware when ordering that we needed to specify how well done/not as the case may be, we wanted the burgers (never experienced that previously when having a burger out). Felt a little…
Well, if you want to eat for a low price, it’s a good place. But, it’s not the best place to take an english breakfast.Toast are oily, beans are from a can, bacon not really good.
Food poisoning for my friend and I. So severe that environmental health had to be involved. Turns out many people poisoned after eating there the same evening. No compensation offered. No way I would ever go back
Very poor food, that appeared to have been probably boiled in a bag. Staff (3 girls) appeared to be untrained and more interested in giggling amongst themselves than serving customers. This place needs a professional management to knock it into shape, and get trained staff willing to do the job their paid for.
