Visited here on a Sunday just as the carvery was closing, have to say it was one of the best I have had, returned again on Tuesday and had the fish and chips which was also excellent. I would recommend this to anyone.

Pub was not particularly busy but was very friendly. The pink haired barmaid made me feel so welcome that despite the lack of an ale I stayed for a couple of Marston Smooths.
