TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Maintenance! I have had water damage and mold in my apartment in MULTIPLE rooms and places for over a year and they don’t care and don’t fix any of it. One place still has water leaking to it!!!

Landmark at Magnolia Glen

This place is garbage… Me and my brother lived there for a year and it was a total piece of trash at the end of our stay… About our 9 month in they got a new owner (crystal) after that it went down hill. They never answer calls or fix anything. Strongly suggest somewhere else.

Lorna Place Apartments

We had a conversation with Danielle Zinnerman and set up an appt for today. We change plans and drive to the office only to be greeted by a «we are in a staff meeting» sign. We will return at 930 am. At 10:08 we gave up and left.Poor customer service.

The Peninsula Apartment Homes is the new name of Waterford at Riverchace which was formerly Waterford Landing. These apartments are old, rundown, roach infested, poorly insulated dumps. The owners and name keep changing but the problems stay the same. Parking is horrible, neighbors are inconsiderate, trash…
