Despite being the only customer, the employees couldn’t be bothered to interrupt their conversation with each other long enough to help me in the computer center. Customer service is a dying art form in this country, and this place is the epitome of that.

Dropped off a book for printing with Scott last week, and was promised a sample the next day before going ahead with the full print run. FIVE DAYS LATER, the setup guy called because he didn’t know how to lay out the book.At a minimum, I expect a printer who sets reasonable expectations and then meets them.

Called co-owner Cindy to get a quote for printing a full-color book. Cindy refused to provide a proof, wouldn’t provide a per-book price, and said the company could not show me any samples of print jobs to demonstrate their printing quality. This company doesn’t provide even basic customer service.

Tried out this store for a recent color printing job, 17 pages with coil binding. The color saturation was honestly better on my home printer. Offset printing (edge-to-edge color) was not available. And the price was 1.5 times higher than a local professional printer, which I found later the same day…
