Horrible experience. Made an appt. even called corporate office in advance to get prior help for my child that is terrified of needles. Nurse fought with us, wouldn’t listen. Our doctor had to call because nurse wouldn’t even let us have the order to take somewhere else. Nothing short of patient abuse…
